About your data
- The data we collect is to fulfil our mission of providing a service to you and assisting patients in finding you via the Find My Doctor option. We do not use your data for any other reason or distribute it to any other party.
What information do we collect?
- Other than the profile information you supply when registering, we may also capture your IP address.
How is your information used?
- Your information is used purely to identify you to your patients making a booking and searching for you via the Find My Doctor option.
Who do we share your information with?
- Your name, practice, practice type / speciality, location and contact number may be visible to patients wanting to book an appointment or search for you.
- We do not sell or trade your information unless we believe it's appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect our or others' rights, property or safety.
Keeping your information safe
- Your information is stored on a secured server hosted by our trusted ISP. Your information will be kept for the duration of your subscription or free trial period.
- Once either of these have been terminated your information will be permanently deleted.
- We respect your privacy and therefore comply fully with POPIA.
